Is there a minimum order?

No. One of the perks of our business is that no order is too small – we can do 1 item or 5000!

How do i place an order?

Simply upload your files and it will reach one of our friendly team members who will assist with your order.

How long will my order take to be ready?

Our lead time varies depending on the time of year. If you’re in a rush, please just ask. We will see if it’s possible to get your order to you quicker – however, there is a surcharge to cover us working the extra hours for your order.

DTG or Transfer on Garments

Totally up to you and your design! If you have a simple design it can be laser transfer or printed DTG (Direct to Garment). If you have a more complex design with gradient colours, Direct to Garment printing could work best for you. We will always advise you to ensure the best quality product.

Do we have white ink for both options?

Yes we do.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT GARMENTS YOU PROVIDE?

We only supply Sustainable Garments. If there Is something specifically you require do email us info@printfarringdon.co.uk and we can work with you on your specific requirements. 

DO YOU PROVIDE ANY ECO-FRIENDLY/ORGANIC/RECYCLED CLOTHING?

Yes! Stanley/Stella, Anthem and many other brands. They provide both 100% organic cotton and eco-friendly garments made from recycled plastic bottles.

DO YOU HOLD STOCK?

No, we do not hold stock at Print Farringdon but we will get garments in for you as soon as possible!

CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN GARMENTS?

Absolutely! There is a small surcharge and you also supply the garments at your own risk – we do not replace or refund any misprinted or spoiled garments. However these have to be Organic & Sustainable.

HOW DO YOU KNOW WHERE TO PLACE THE DTG or Transfer PRINT?

We have a standard guide to where we place logos, whether it is left chest/back/or sleeve. If you have a specific placement in mind, we advise that you come and visit us at Print Farringdon to agree an exact placement. 

CAN I SEE A SAMPLE OF MY DESIGN BEFORE YOU PRINT ON THE GARMENTS?

Of course, we will always send you a mock-up of a sample we have run for you to approve. Also the mock up you use on the software will give us a guide of where you would like the garment placed.

CAN I ORDER A SAMPLE GARMENT PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER?

Yes, however you have to order and pay for this. If you would rather see a sample of your garment, we’ll be happy to order one in for you. While we would love to be able to offer this free of charge, the constraints of our supplier means there will be a small surcharge for this service.

WHAT FILE TYPE DO YOU NEED FOR THE DESIGN?

We prefer JPEG or PNG file. However, we’ve worked with pictures and drawings, and even a side of a van before, so we can surely help no matter what format your design is in! We do offer to remove background however there is a small charge for this.

DO YOU DELIVER?

Yes. We use DPD. You are also welcome to pop by and pick up your order during opening hours.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER ONCE MY GARMENT HAS PRINTED?

Unfortunately, no. We provide a bespoke service and therefore we are unable to resell any orders.

THE SIZE I ORDERED DOESN’T FIT BUT IT HAS ALREADY BEEN PRINTED. CAN I RETURN IT?

No. Please make sure you know exactly what size you need before placing an order – if you’re not sure, we’re happy to help with our size guide.
